Chairs for Affairs is a full-service event rental and coordination company with experience in all types of events.

We invite you to come visit our showroom, see and feel the quality of our products, and meet our professional event planning team! Chairs For Affairs offers premium event planning, party rental and equipment rental services in the San Francisco Bay Area!

In December, we will be closed the first 3 Saturdays of the month (1st, 8th, 15th) and open on the 22nd and 29th.

We will also be closed for Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve and Day. Happy Holidays! 

Please note: our showroom is closed for lunch M-F from 1-2pm

Chairs For Affairs specializes in Corporate events, fundraisers, conferences, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, weddings, reunions, graduations, celebrations of life, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, retreats, tradeshows, conventions, and more!

We also cater to caterers! We have a quality selection of china, flatware, glassware, serving pieces, chafing dishes, barbecues, beverage dispensers and concession equipment. And we are always bringing in new items so let us know if you’re looking for something specific!
