How We Work

Consult - Site Visit - Delivery - Take Down - Pick-Up

Our website is a great place to see many of the items we have to rent here at Bill's Chairs for Affairs and we hope you will take advantage of the many tools we have built into our website to begin the planning process. Be sure to use the checklist we have provided to be sure you have considered everything you will need to make your vision a reality.

From beginning to end we are dedicated to making the planning, set-up and tear-down of your event as easy and stress-free as possible.

Phone Orders

If you have determined your needs and would like to reserve the items for your event, simply call our office during normal business hours:

Monday thru Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. One of friendly people will be happy to help you.

Consultation

We are happy to sit down with you to work through all of the details of your event. We will help you work through every detail to make sure you have left nothing out.

If you are able to dedicate a specific time to come in feel free to call ahead and schedule a time so we can be sure to staff appropriately to allow us to give you our undivided attention.

Coming into the showroom allows you the opportunity to review linen samples and to see how actual items will complement each other to make your event a unique and individual experience.

Site Visit

If you prefer an on-site consult, please call the office to arrange a day and time for one of our professional team members to meet you at your venue to help you consider seating arrangements, tent configurations, etc.

Our site visit is complementary and can be very helpful in determining the best way to arrange things for optimal set-up and flow.

Delivery and Take Down

Round-trip delivery and pick-up is available at an additional charge. When you arrange for delivery of items, we will set-up a narrow window of time for your items to be delivered and the best part?

WE SET-UP and TAKE DOWN your rented tables, chairs etc…FOR FREE
(does not include set-up of linens or tableware)

Typical delivery/pickup hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Additional charges may apply for service outside these hours.

If items must be transported up stairs or the site is not easily accessible you will need to tell our team ahead of time and additional charges may apply.

Customer Pick-Ups

Most items are also available for pick-up by our customers at our showroom during normal business hours. For quickest service, please reserve your items ahead of time.

After Hour Emergency Questions and Concerns

Our after-hour emergency number is located at the bottom of your lease agreement and is also available on the outgoing message at our main number: 925-370-1300
